There are many places where you like to eat noodles, and there are many people who like to eat noodles. Although there is a saying that eating noodles is easy to gain weight, there are probably few people who can resist the happy carbohydrate.
I am from Shanxi, and of course I also have a special liking for pasta.
I have loved eating noodles since I was a child, and after work, I cooked most of the pasta myself, so I made more noodles. There are three reasons:
1. Love to eat noodles is the key.
2. Pasta is simple to make and has low cost.

Miscellaneous Noodles

Chicken Shredded Vegetable Cold Noodles
Cooked chicken into thin strips + shredded cucumber/spinach/bean sprouts/shredded radish (you can do it yourself) + crushed peanuts + minced garlic + salt, sugar, light soy sauce, cooking oil + vinegar + chili oil, mix well, and a bowl in summer, it feels very good!
Shredded pickled ham noodle
Roast oil + onion, ginger, garlic + shredded pickled cabbage (cut large pieces of pickled cabbage) for a while + water, boil the noodles below, when the noodles are almost cooked + shredded ham + coriander + a little light soy sauce + chicken powder come out of the pot. In the winter, a bowl of hot noodle soup will make you warm all over your body.
Shrimp beef fried noodles
Actually, this is a dish suitable for weight loss, but vegetables, meat, protein, and low-carb water are all all. I use soba noodles.
Noodles and vegetables are cooked and cold water is reserved.
