After listening, my stomach was overwhelmed, and my colleagues also showed a hint of worries. From a scientific perspective, it was a bit unhygienic.

Perhaps because of the low productivity, people in ancient Shaanxi formed such a frugal way of eating only noodles but not soup, and it spread. Now, in order to cater to the psychological needs of consumers and to ensure catering hygiene, merchants who sell saliva on the market generally do not retain this traditional practice.

The first bowl of soup should be poured out twice, and sacrificed to "what the heaven is born and the earth is grown", then poured to sacrifice to the ancestors, and finally blessed by the ancestors of heaven and earth, and eat noodles in order of father and son's old age.
