Cleverly change anchoring - Cognitive

If they keep repeating in a certain specific situation, they will get used to becoming natural and even some hallucinations. Such things that can stimulate cult personnel to have special feelings are called " Heart Anchor " in the cult. For example, Wang, a "Falun Gong" obsessed with Wang, male, 21 years old, was a sophomore student in a university in Guangzhou. He voluntarily dropped out of school because of practicing "Falun Gong". In his opinion, he had "opened the eyes" (a special function promoted by the cult, the human body has , the third eye, , and can see visions), and can understand the truth of the universe and no longer need a university diploma. His father was helpless and forced him to our correction center. First of all, we express our respect for his choice of dropping out of school and not judging right or wrong. In fact, Wang's heart anchor is the "opening of the sky" described by the cult. To solve this problem, we need to replace it with "new heart anchor". We encourage him to meditate and practice in front of the teacher of correction. Due to changes in the environment and mood, his experience of meditating and practicing every time he meditates is different, and he can no longer find the original feeling of "opening the sky" and the past "heart anchor" is constantly changing in the new experience. Then, before each conversation, we gave him relaxation treatment. After he reached a state of relaxation, he began to plant a "new anchor": analyze the difference between "perfection" and "Falun Gong" and "perfection" of Buddhism, so that he could reflect on where his courage to drop out of school came from? Assuming that the support point of courage to drop out of school is "Kaitianmu", what if the "Kaitianmu" described by the cult does not exist? When Wang woke up, he chose to return to campus and finished his undergraduate degree and found his ideal job. Later, Wang sighed and said, "Thank you for your objective analysis, which made me understand the importance of a university diploma."
It should be noted that the "heart anchor" formed by cult personnel who have been immersed in various fallacies for a long time is not easy to change. We need to plant a "new heart anchor" in a certain specific emotion, just like subconscious hypnosis, and clever repetitive hints are needed.
