What is facial yoga?
The first thing to understand is: Facial yoga does not involve the body pose or down dog pose that you are familiar with in yoga practice. 1. Cheek lift
Open the mouth and form an O shape. Place the upper lip above the teeth and smile to lift the cheek muscles. Place your index finger lightly above your cheek muscles and directly below your eyes. Relax the cheek muscles to lower them. Then smile again, pushing the muscles toward the eyes. Repeat lowering and raising the cheek 10 times. 3. Eyebrow lift
Press three fingertips under the eyebrows to force you to open your eyes. Smile when you press your eyebrows on your fingers. Keep. Then close your eyes and roll your eyeballs above your head. Hold for 20 seconds and keep smiling. Release and repeat three times.
4. Chin and neck lift
