Lucheng , Kunshan’s former nickname, could only have such a big store name opened by the president’s family. Hahaha! Just kidding.

There is a north-south "Baitang Road" running north from the Kunshan Municipal Government. "Lucheng Town" is located on the west side of the middle section of Baitang Road. It is surrounded by residential areas and office buildings, and is also backed by a large building materials market. Although it is not a downtown area, it has a lot of people. It has been open for ten years and its business is booming.

The store has two floors, about 400 square meters, with mainly private rooms and no lobby. It seems that the store is mainly aimed at family gatherings and business.

On the day President Wu Caiming and Yi Wei went to visit, it was Wednesday. There were no customers at noon, but it was completely full at night.

The five of us had dinner. We communicated with the chef in advance and ordered six special dishes in the store.

The head chef is a Cantonese and a Cantonese chef.

Generally speaking, the dishes in the store are based on Subang cuisine , and then integrate more popular dishes from other regions. Currently, it has a fashionable name: fusion cuisine.

"Braised river eel" embodies the essence of Subang's thick oily red sauce. It is sweet in the mouth and salty in the mouth. The meat is delicate and soft, with a long-lasting aftertaste. President Wu said that the quality of the river eel they use is quite good. Not only the ingredients, but also the feeling, the color, shape and taste of this dish are all in one go, which is a testament to the skill of the chef.

"Orange cowboy nugget" is cooked with fruits and beef. It is obviously Cantonese and Western cuisine. The color is red and bright, and the aroma is special. However, the name is not accurate. The beef is four to five centimeters in a square shape. It is more accurate to call it beef nugget. Haha, I think it is weird.

"Ming furnace Chinese shrimp", take the best seafood prawns, peel and shape the shrimps by hand, and bake them in the open furnace in public. It not only exaggerates the atmosphere but also emphasizes the ceremony.

asked a strange question, why is it called Chinese shrimp?

Answer: When it is fired, the steam rushes up and flows down the transparent lid like sweat. The sweat shrimp does not sound good, the Chinese word for sweat is the same as Chinese shrimp, and the Chinese shrimp is grand. Wonderful!

Fried rice was served on the table, blinding everyone's eyes, crystal clear and shiny. The dark brown fried rice is mixed with finely minced green chives and layers of Cantonese bacon cubes that look like coffee beans, making it hard to bear to use chopsticks.

In front of me, there seems to be a portrait of a 16-year-old African girl, ah! There is such a wonder!
