Dr. Gao Yang, Ambassador of Belgium, personally introduced Belgian cuisine to the participants, and then asked the participants to make some Belgian dishes by themselves. The jury, composed of the Belgian ambassador and Belgian chef Morau, then evaluated each contestant's cooking creation point by point to determine whether the taste was consistent with that of his hometown.
