What is natural wine?
natural wine (Natural Wine) is made naturally with organic or biodynamic grapes. Try not to use chemical synthetic products (fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, vulcanizers) in the vineyards, and do not use laboratory cultivation of yeast during winemaking, do not add sugar and acid, do not add sulfur dioxide SO₂, do not filter and clarify, and minimize manual intervention as much as possible.
Natural wine does not need to cater to the market choice
nor belongs to the standard style of a certain winery brand
Natural wine is the most real product of nature
is also a reflection of the terroir and the ingenuity of the brewers
"Crazy"
People who regard natural wine as their profession are a little "crazy". They will love to cover the sky with their beloved grapes in the wilderness, and because they are addicted to its wildness, they will read various ancient books and classics to find a more simple brewing process. This group of people is unique and full of pursuit, because their love for natural wine gives them the confidence to fear the worldly vision.

Well-known Drunk Group
Wine Nuts was founded by several girls born in the 1990s. They are obsessed with natural fermentation and natural growth of all things. They are a group of "crazy men" who love and respect the land under their feet, stubbornly and like truth and food.

"Stonehenge"
Based on the thinking of the characteristics of natural wine, and the manager's interpretation of the brand of alcoholic madman, designers extract the "original" keywords in mutual communication, which has also become the core idea of designers in design work from beginning to end.
On Salisbury plain , southwest of London, England, there are some huge stones towering in the green wilderness, mysterious and full of power, and are a primitive and natural space.

One huge stone after another appears in the space as columnar objects. While dividing the space, it also provides a carrier for people's inner sense of dependence and security.
The abstract grooved skin creates an original and rough sense of power, echoing the extremely psychedelic dark light to create a mysterious and comfortable drinking atmosphere.

When constructed, I deliberately did not imitate the original texture of the stone and chose the abstract geometric shape . The texture of the artificial groove pulling and rough texture create an original and advanced formal language. After repeated testing of cement humidity and gap density in the groove pulling process, try to avoid excessive human intervention in the later stage, and the formation of groove pulling is determined based on the weather and indoor temperature.

The main entrance lies vertically at a huge rock 5 meters long and 2.3 meters high, directly penetrates the glass and enters the room, allowing people to wander between the real nature and the abstract nature. To experience similar temperaments through different forms is also the highest ritual for "wine madmen" who feel the charm of natural wine.

Wine cellar
"Wine Madman"'s natural wine label is full of design and creativity. Each bottle has an unpredictable taste and is not suitable for the traditional name to order wine. Therefore, the design adopts a walk-in wine cellar to allow customers to experience immersive wine selection.
Wine cellar is composed of glass and wooden stands. After stepping into the cellar, the sinking space will create a "wrapped feeling".

The ancient road leading to the stone pillar in Stonehenge is on the same line as the rising sun on the morning of the summer solstice. The connection between the other two stones points to the direction of the sunset in the winter solstice. The direction of the stone echoes the changes in time, creating the relationship between space and time.
From a seedling to a bunch of grapes to a bottle of wine, in addition to being born and nurtured, you must also have enough patience to wait. In this cycle of nature's wine production, the designer uses the changes in the moon phase to reflect the passing time in nature.

High night, the twelve moonlights light up, towering giant rocks render a mysterious set under the lamp, the rough but not rough wall column is like some kind of ancient formation, you are in it, it is like stepping into the ancient world with one foot.
