[Basic Steps]
. Take out a piece of fresh tofu I just bought, put the tofu on the chopping board, first cut into thin and thick slices with a knife, and then cut it into even long strips. Finally, cut the long strips of tofu into small pieces of equal size, and after cutting them all, put the tofu pieces into a pre-prepared plate and set aside for use.
2. Take out the appropriate amount of mushrooms and remove the roots of the mushrooms. Place the mushrooms on the chopping board and cut them into thick slices of evenly thin with a knife. After cutting, put the thick slices of mushrooms into a plate prepared in advance and set aside for use. Peel the appropriate amount of garlic, place it on the chopping board, first slap it with a knife, and then cut it into even minced garlic.
3. Wash the appropriate amount of green onions, place them on the chopping board and cut them into green onions with a knife. Clean the millet spicy rice balls, cut them into evenly sized millet spicy rings with a knife. After cutting, put the millet spicy rings, green onions, ginger and garlic on a pre-prepared plate, and set aside for later use. Prepare an appropriate amount of garlic seedlings, clean them, place them on the chopping board and cut them into evenly small sections with a knife.
4. Put the cut garlic seedlings into a plate prepared in advance and set it aside for use. Next, prepare a sauce, take out a large bowl, and add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce to the bowl, consume oil, salt, and appropriate amount of sugar to improve freshness. Add some pepper and finally add an appropriate amount of water. Stir it evenly with chopsticks and set it aside for use.
5. Start the pot and cook oil, pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, and add a spoonful of salt to prevent sticking to the pot. Add the tofu cubes that have just been cut and fry, fry slowly over low heat, fry the bottom of the tofu cubes and then turn to the other side to continue frying. Fry both sides of the tofu cube until golden and cooked, then turn off the heat and leave the pot.
6. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, put the prepared minced meat in advance and stir-fry, stir-fry until the minced meat changes color. Pour the scallion, ginger and millet spicy, and continue stir-frying evenly to bring out the aroma. Then add the slices of mushrooms that have just been cut and stir-fry, and stir-fry evenly. Stir the mushroom slices until they are tender and add an appropriate amount of water.
7. Put an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce into the pot and color it, stir-fry it evenly. Then pour the fried tofu cubes into the pot, continue to stir-fry with a spatula, and stir-fry thoroughly. Finally, pour in an appropriate amount of water and starch and stir-fry evenly. Pour the cut garlic seedlings into it and stir-fry evenly. Stir in the soup until it is thick and you can turn off the heat and leave the pot. A home-cooked stewed tofu with mushrooms is ready.
