It is said that "Would kings, princes, generals, and ministers, rather than a seed?" Neither? When everyone is born, almost his innate destiny is destined. (Different cultivation will be different after the day after tomorrow) Some people are born in wealthy families and have a house, a car, and a deposit. But what about ordinary people? After birth, I’m afraid I can’t even afford to eat milk powder, and the gap between the two is revealed. If nothing unexpected happens, children born in poor families may not be able to surpass children born in rich families for life or for several lifetimes. This is the gap in fate.

This is the key point. People at the bottom, especially for ordinary people, have few opportunities to change their destiny in their lives. It’s just these three times: the first time is the college entrance examination, the second time is choosing a career, and the third time is starting a business.
First of all, let’s talk about the college entrance examination. Some people have achieved class leap through this threshold and changed their destiny through the path of education. Reading and studying must be a shortcut and opportunity for the lower class to achieve class leap. However, some people say, what is the use of studying now? This is because some people have biased cognition and only see immediate benefits. Many people believe that going to college is to get a diploma, including many parents, who have instilled this idea in their children since childhood. People who have been to college have relatively strong learning ability and professional technical ability, have a relatively open mind, can adapt to the rapid development of society, and can stand firm in the market. People who have never been to college do not have strong learning ability and can only explore slowly in practice. (Of course, nothing is absolute, and there are many special cases, but it is hard to say whether it will be you.)
So, from this perspective, the biggest difference between people who have not been to college and those who have been to college is the uncertainty of future development. In other words, with the development of society, especially the advent of the era of high technology and intelligence, people without culture are easily eliminated by society. Even people with technology will be eliminated with the advent of the intelligent era. This directly leads to these people losing their social competitiveness. However, it is not absolute. As long as you are willing to endure hardships and like to study, many people can still make up for some of them. But there are still some people who have no education, no competitiveness, are afraid of hardships, are unwilling to study, think it is too late, and give up the opportunity to rise. Of course, if you can't endure the hardships of study, you are destined to be able to endure the hardships of life.
Secondly, let’s discuss the reason why many people work hard all their lives and are still at the bottom of society. The reason is that I did not engage in a job that allowed me to grow up, but instead found a job casually and did the same thing over and over again. This leads to the loss of competitiveness as you get older and your health becomes worse and you become less valuable. (For example, you are a workshop worker. No matter how good your skills are or how fast you are, you cannot become a wealthy person of millions or tens of millions. Unless you switch to the industry and change jobs, you have this possibility)
But on the contrary, if you choose a growth-oriented job, deal with different things every day, face different groups of people (accumulating a lot of experience and connections), and continue to grow, even if the company is gone one day or is frustrated and wronged and unemployed, you can take these resources to another place, and you can start over, be able to support yourself and have a good return. This is the difference in choices. If you make the right choice, you don’t worry that it is not worth it in old age, that you can’t support yourself in old age, and that you can add burden to others in old age. There are many elderly people who have accumulated a lot of experience and high-quality resources during their reign. Even when they retire, they are still rehired by the company, and there are many people who continue to shine and heat. Also, when you are in the same unit, try to be irreplaceable. Even if you are a cleaner, try to do it faster and better than others. (Of course, how to do it is irreplaceable? It is difficult for ordinary people to do it). If you can take over your job by just finding someone, then you are also very dangerous. Even if you keep working hard every day, you will earn at most no more than your living security.
Therefore, choosing a career is very important. There is a saying that goes, "If the choice is wrong, hard work will be in vain." Therefore, when choosing a career, you must choose a career that allows you to continue to grow and make yourself more and more popular as you grow old, so as not to face the risk of being eliminated and eliminated at any time. Finally, let’s discuss entrepreneurship. Of course, as ordinary people, we hope to have a stable and slightly decent job. It is not ruled out that some people are unwilling to be content with themselves, unwilling to work for the rest of their lives, and have also engaged in various entrepreneurial businesses, but they have never changed their destiny at the bottom of their own? Some people fail at the beginning of starting a business, and even face failures several times. The reason is that many people blindly follow the trend. When they see what others do to make money and succeed, they do not blindly based on their actual situation. As an ordinary person, the cost of trial and error is too high, and there are not many opportunities for trial and error. Is it the current trend? Do you have the professional knowledge, skills and management skills in this area yourself? (Some can hire outsiders, but some rely on their own real skills) Some people don’t understand anything and don’t learn, but just focus on making quick money. There is a saying: "You can't make money outside of your cognition, and even if you make it through luck, you will lose it through your ability." After all, "I will pay it back sooner or later when I come out."
So, some people fail as soon as they start their own business and are cut off by society. Many opportunities to make quick money pose great risks. For ordinary people, they can't afford to lose. Therefore, we must not seek speed, we must be realistic and pragmatic. Even if it is slower and you make less money, at least you have less risk and more stable. Starting a business is like a marathon, competing for endurance and durability. You see, some people are eager to get a ranking, so they try their best and sprint from the beginning, but they fall down before they get halfway.
