1️⃣Establish a sense of boundaries at work. Work is only a small part of life, not the whole of life. The essence of part-time work is to exchange working time for income, use money to do things, and save skills by doing good things, and then exchange for more money.

2️⃣As long as the money is in place, you can just complete your job.

There is no need to invest too much emotion. If you get too involved in the drama, you will be pua or self-pua. Don't hold yourself hostage with "sense of accomplishment" and "values" at work. You can also get these good feelings outside of work.

3️⃣It doesn’t matter what your boss thinks of you or what your colleagues think of you. Don't add drama to yourself, you won't gain anything except internal friction and fear. Don't live by other people's expectations, you will never live up to them.

4️⃣Life is short, don’t stick to a job because of “insecurity” or “fear”. Not only is it unsustainable, it will not bring success. People are successful because of happiness, not because of success.

5️⃣You should accept the uncertainties on the way to work as soon as possible (such as encountering strange leaders, business downturns, and bad atmosphere), but don’t let these affect your judgment. Even in the most difficult moments, you should also be clear about what you want most in this job. What, you can run away once you get it. If it is clear that your end goal is not to work part-time, prepare a side job or other outlets in advance.
