Especially the latter, it has a great impact on people’s psychological factors! If you are isolated from others for a long time, especially from relatives and friends, your personality will become withdrawn, which will induce depression and even cause serious psychological problems!

Maybe the time for isolation is getting longer, the author's emotions gradually become unstable, his mood begins to become inexplicably impatient, his heart can't calm down, and he especially wants to go out; but once he goes out, he will not be allowed to come back. Therefore, I can only continue to stay in a small and cramped rental house. Maybe it was because I grew up in the countryside. The author is particularly unaccustomed to living in the city during the day (except during school). It may also be influenced by the ancient farming society's "working at sunrise and resting at sunset" life. In my opinion, we should go outdoors during the day! It's dark at night, so you should stay in the house. Staying in the house in broad daylight and delaying great time is really a shameful depravity! Although I can also move freely in the village, I don’t know each other and the villagers. Instead, I feel more anxious and insecure when I go out. After all, it is still the same saying: "Only when a person finds his own world can life be meaningful." Feeling isolation means blocking oneself and one's own world and becoming an isolated being. That kind of isolation, loneliness, anxiety, anxiety is really deep into the heart and bone marrow.
Home isolation can easily induce psychological problems
Of course, if the whole family is isolated together, it will probably be better. After all, there are people who talk and can communicate with each other. However, if you are alone at home, you need to have a strong heart! However, not everyone is strong inside, and most people are weak inside. Therefore, at this time, psychological counseling and psychological intervention are needed. Psychological problems have always been a very weak existence in our country. Most people are unwilling to admit that they have psychological problems, and even regard them as a shameful existence, and they are afraid of being too scared to avoid them.
