I wasted time, and time left me alone.
-- Shakespeare

Do one thing, and let this thing drive you to do another, using a virtuous cycle to replace a vicious cycle.
When we are in a sad mood, we always want to do something to relieve our anxiety and sadness.
Everyone treats sad things differently. Some people don’t eat or drink after being sad, lose appetite, some have a big appetite, relieve anxiety, some have appropriate stress through exercise, and some read books and want to find answers.
We should not adopt inappropriate methods. We should strongly support the right approach.
treats things that we are not satisfied with in the right way. We don’t have time to be sad. We are constantly wandering in the busyness. We will feel fulfilled and will not be bothered by others.

If you cannot realize that "perfection is the enemy of happiness", then you have deprived yourself of the right to be happy.
Most things or people in the world are not perfect. We all know that there is no barefoot in gold, no one is perfect. On our life path, we should know that perfection is the enemy of happiness. Perfectionism pursues formal perfection, but in fact, it is really difficult to truly perfectionism.
In our lives, there will always be some flaws, or more or less regrets. So why should we care about perfection? Because of our own imperfection, we can find someone who complements ourselves; because of imperfection, we leave behind many precious memories, many past events that make us recall wonderful. It is the precious pictures of these frames that allow us to see a more real self.
Because of imperfection, we can better accept ourselves, accept others, play with our hearts and enjoy the fun.
