Anxiety is because things are beyond my cognitive comfort zone and safety zone, beyond my control, insomnia is because of feeling helpless and powerless, and even more because of fear of unknown things happening.

Endless anxiety and insomnia will collapse if I continue. I also began to realize that I needed to make changes, so I tried to find some things to relieve anxiety and some ways to help me sleep.
