The detection rate of sub-health among young and middle-aged people living in buildings in my country is increasing year by year, and the proportion of mental health problems is on the rise. Shanghai took the lead in piloting a family doctor contract service model based on the "Building Health Station" in June 2018, but insufficient attention was paid to the mental health of young and middle-aged people living in buildings.

This article understands the anxiety level of young and middle-aged people in buildings in Shanghai and analyzes its influencing factors. It is found that the anxiety level of young and middle-aged people in buildings in Shanghai is relatively high, and the degree of anxiety is affected by the characteristics of the population. When providing family doctor contract services to young and middle-aged people in buildings, attention should be paid to their mental health status and targeted intervention measures should be provided based on their actual conditions.
