I woke up this morning and weighed 0.4 kilograms heavier than yesterday.

Today I re-entered the low-carb diet . In the morning, I still have two protein + yogurt. I plan to eat some fish and lettuce at noon.

One thing I found: I found that eating carbs is really hungry. Before adding hot compresses, I didn’t feel hungry at night and easily survived, but on the fifteenth and sixteenth days of eating a lot of carbs, I really felt hungry at night. Yes, although hungry, the weight has rebounded!

I just went to take a urine test, and the urine ketone is actually positive again, but the value is relatively low, it seems that I will enter the ketogenic state again.
