I have loved playing football since I was a child, and I feel that I can just think about one thing when I play football. This kind of dedication feels really cool.
Q will eventually become you as an economic coach?
The cause is also kicking. At that time, I was still in school in the United States, and the school organized a league. In one match, there was a fierce confrontation with the opposing team, which caused my medial collateral ligament to be torn.
After recovering from the injury for more than a month, I was scared and worried that I would not be able to play football again in the future. Under the guidance of a sports medicine rehabilitation doctor and physical therapy, I recovered smoothly in one month, and I stepped on the football field again and can continue to play football.
At that time, I studied economics in business school, and I was more certain that I would work in the financial industry in the future. So I very much hope that one day I can bring this advanced sports concept, rehabilitation knowledge and more professional sports medicine back to the motherland.So after returning to China, I passed a series of sports qualification certificates and became a professional coach.
Q Why did it switch from the financial industry? What made you suddenly realize the importance of health?
After returning to China, I worked in the financial industry from 9 to 5 for half a year. My unhealthy lifestyle made my sub-healthy status lasting for a long time. Long-term sitting has caused obvious back pain. Because I often work overtime from 9 to 5, I almost fell asleep when I drove several times. I told myself that I can't go on like this anymore!

Q What kind of training does usually do to maintain his body?
because I am now a professional fitness trainer and course designer,So my training will be more professional and detailed. I will do muscle hypertrophy training two to three times a week, and can ensure the body condition and muscle texture . There is also at least one functional training of , such as flexibility and agility, coordinated response, etc. Of course, has to play a football game every weekend .
I always use Keep when I don’t have time to go to the gym or travel abroad. You can train with Keep without using your brain. There are some interesting courses in it, you just need to follow them. However, one thing to remind Keepers is that must ensure the accuracy of the action .

I don’t think eating needs planning. If one needs to plan even eating, it may become a painful thing. Once the meal is included in the diet plan, it usually does not last long.
Maybe because I am a Cantonese, I didn't like spicy food and oily foods since I was young, and I still maintain a light diet when I grow up. I rarely control it. For example, I don’t eat burgers or fried chicken, and I will feast on it when I am greedy.
The only thing I can do is, controls my desire for food, so I enjoy the happiness that every meal brings .
Q Any suggestions for fitness beginners?
The most important thing for fitness and exercise is Don’t follow blindly,Don't blindly copy the training of others, it is neither scientific nor efficient. Fitness is the same as work and study. It takes a lot of time to study . You don't need to study very deeply, but you need to have a general understanding of basic muscle gain and fat loss, and dietary calories.
I am often asked by friends if there are any recommended fitness books. My suggestion is that junior fitness players should watch videos to learn.
This is why I often recommend novice users, don’t be afraid to go to a coach, take the time to learn things in the early stage, and it will be more appropriate in the later stage.
