Ingredients: 100 grams of yam, 600 grams of chicken, half a green onion, 1 piece of ginger, 6 red dates, 5 grams of wolfberry.
Steps:
1. Wash and cut the chicken into pieces, then put it in a basin and soak it for 15 minutes to soak out the blood in the chicken.
2. Peel the yam, wash and cut into pieces.

3. Cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger into slices, and cut the red dates in half for easy flavoring.
4. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add the cut chicken pieces over medium heat, skim off the foam, cook for another 3 minutes, remove and set aside.
5. Heat oil in a pan until the oil temperature is 50% hot. Add scallions and ginger slices and stir-fry until the scallions are fragrant.
6. Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry over high heat for a few times, then turn off the heat.
7. Then pour the fried chicken pieces into the casserole, add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Change to medium to low heat and simmer for 50 minutes.
