1. Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs
Ingredients:

2. Sweet and sour shrimps

Ingredients:
500 grams of shrimps; 2 eggs; appropriate amount of corn starch
Method:
1. Remove the thread from the shrimps + green onion and ginger + 1 spoon of cooking wine + 1 spoon of light soy sauce + 1 spoon of oyster sauce + a little salt and marinate for 20 minutes

Method:
