The experience of people with "Yang", eat more 6 kinds of fruit meals to relieve discomfort and help recover as soon as possible
During this period, people around me got "Sick" one after another, and my sister's family also "succumbed to the Yang". However, my nephew recovered in 3 days, and my sister basically had no symptoms. The symptoms of the three of them after "Yang" were sore throat, fever, and nasal congestion. Congestion, cough, some joint pain, and no appetite. My sister said that they basically didn’t take any medicine. They took an antipyretic when the fever was the worst. During this period, in addition to drinking more water, they cooked some fruit meals, which had a very good effect on coughing, throat discomfort, and stomach warming. Sharing the 6 fruit meals that my sister often cooked during this period not only supplemented vitamin C, improved resistance , but also helped in early recovery. It is worth trying!
