After admission, Dr. Zhu Qian from the Fourth Gynecology Ward treated Ms. Wang as the attending doctor. After inquiring about the medical history in detail and completing relevant preoperative examinations, the preoperative diagnosis was made clear: bilateral adnexal cysts (consider bilateral ovarian endometriosis cysts) and deep pelvic endometriosis.
After rigorous and thorough preoperative discussions by the general practitioner, a comprehensive preoperative assessment of the patient was conducted, and considering that Ms. Wang was approaching perimenopause and had no desire to have children, a surgical treatment plan was formulated after comprehensive consideration.

During the operation, Director Nie gently loosened adhesions everywhere, removed the diseased tissue under direct vision, and completely removed the resected tissue following the tumor-free principle. Rapid intraoperative pathological examination supported the diagnosis of endometriosis. Considering it to be a benign lesion, one ovary was retained based on the patient's age, and the remaining ovary was perfectly sutured and repaired to protect the patient's ovarian function to the maximum extent.
After this operation, the menstrual abdominal pain that had plagued Ms. Wang for many years was completely relieved. In her words: Life can be so beautiful!
