1. Accept your negative emotions
"When facing changes in the external environment and the uncertainty and instability caused by the epidemic, it is very normal to have negative emotions." Li Zhuanxiong said that many people have this kind of psychology, so don't feel guilty or feel that their psychological quality is poor.
should accept these negative emotions and provide psychological self-guidance and positive hints, such as "I used to be busy with work and didn't have time to take care of my children, but now I have more time to spend with my children", "Working from home reduces the commuting time back and forth from work, and you can save money to do something you like", "It's actually good to stay at home and do what you like"... In this way, you can slowly calm down and take your focus back from the outside, feel the sense of security when you are with your family, and then relieve anxiety.
2. Create a good family atmosphere
Parents work from home, children take online classes, and the whole family is together. The family should become a gas station for everyone to "psychologically fight the epidemic".
Li Zhuanxiong suggested that family members should communicate more, encourage each other, comfort each other, accompany each other, communicate emotions, so that anxiety can be expressed and managed, promote sense of self-efficacy and the sense of family effectiveness, find a sense of certainty in uncertainty, inject hope into each other, and promote hope.
3. Reorganize the current life
When facing the disruption of the rhythm of life and the heart is always in a state of instability, you need to calm down and organize your current self. People at home can focus on controllable things, such as cleaning the house and keeping the room clean; learning a new dish; video chat with friends you haven't seen for many years; reading books you like; or calm down to complete some things you want to do a long time ago but didn't do.
