I just do things with symptoms and live normally with symptoms. I think everyone can understand the pain in it. Try to think about the good aspects. Do what you like. It doesn’t matter how much you do. Do it with symptoms. It’s best. If you don’t want to do anything, then find some hobbies. I recommend climbing, watching movies, and jogging. I ran for more than two months and persisted and felt very good. Look at readers, some inspirational books, care more about the people around you and do more housework. When life becomes fulfilled, you will find that life is actually very beautiful.
People who are stuck in anxiety think they may never be able to get better, and thus keep worrying and fearing. In fact, these are all normal ideas, and this unrealistic and over-exaggerated idea is one of the symptoms.
