When inhaling, the mind is calm, with the chest and back pulled up, lifting up. One breath, one breath, one up, is to practice the up and down circle, mainly practicing loosening and sinking.


二. Taiji pile

In this style, the main practice is to hold strength, three points to open the intention, and seven points to hug strength. Stand loose, avoid pursuing deliberately, and never use force.
