Introduce yourself:
Hello, comrades, I am a fitness lover
I have never understood powerlifting at that time. Half squats, half bench presses, deadlift turtles, each time the extreme moves are not the same, the results are even more unsightly.
At the end of 2019, I learned about powerlifting for the first time because of a World Games. Back then, I participated in the bench press, bench press and deadlift competitions. The first time I participated in the competition, I found that foreign players are extremely mature in terms of warm-ups, movements, and training concepts. As a newcomer, I don't even know how to train in squats. The performance of the bench press stopped at 170kg and could not be improved, and the deadlift and rubbing legs could barely lift 250kg. My squat level at the time should be only about 220kg. Through the competition, I opened my eyes and realized my shortcomings. The feeling at the time was that powerlifting does not depend on a passion for progress. Its progress requires a combination of theory and practical training to form a set of patterns that suits you.
After the game, I finally chose the training system of the samurai elite through multi-angle observation and experimentation, and the training was personally guided by teacher Zhao Wei. After training with the teacher for one year, I experienced "lowering weight and adjusting exercises". Because I have not been weighted, I have formed a so-called "strength-increasing anxiety period", and I feel that I am not suitable for this sport. When I was anxious, some theories and experiences of the teacher put out the raging fire in my heart and made me focus more on the action frame.
Finally the time has come for the 2021 North China IPF (105kg~120kg) is my first triathlon in a year training with my teacher. The results were squatting 265kg, pushing 200kg, and pulling 285kg. The total score was 750kg, and they won the championship and runner-up. Statistics have improved by 110kg compared to the first match. In my 9 attempts, only the second deadlift was released, and 8 succeeded. This success rate fully shows that the foundation of normal training is very important.
At the beginning, my philosophy was to hit a heavy weight every time I train, and now I try to think about the action mode calmly every time I train. During this period, I have had anxiety and confusion. When I realize that I should do what I should do and don’t want to train weights. When I put healthy and stable movements first, the effect of boosting is natural.
After this period of training, I also have my own philosophy, "give up the obsession with weight, carry the frame of action, pursue strength growth within the frame of action, extend training life, and strive to "live to old age" , Refer to the old "life goal".
Xiaomu will continue to train hard in the future, the sky is his limit, and the samurai elite system will be carried forward! Let more people benefit from it! I hope everyone will wait and see.
