3. Add clean green leaves, add salt and sesame oil, stir well, and then eat.
The fourth type: mustard greens.

1. After cleaning the mustard greens, remove the old skin, wipe them into thin strips with a wire wiper, put them in a basin, add half a spoonful of salt, stir evenly, marinate for 10 minutes, pickle out the moisture in the mustard greens, and remove the spicy taste of the mustard greens.
2. Squeeze the water from the marinated mustard greens, chop them a few times, put them in a basin, add 2 eggs, flour, starch, and chopped green onion and stir evenly. After reuniting, press into small cakes.
3. Add oil in the pot and cook until 60% to 70% hot, add mustard green cakes, fry them over medium-low heat, and fry until both sides of the cakes are golden, remove and control oil. It is very fragrant when it is hot and dipped in garlic paste.
