All the cheeses that were shortlisted in this competition must be screened by the judges group. The judges will taste and evaluate different types of cheeses. First, they will compete for 98 "super gold medals" champions, and then determine 16 top contestants among them. This year's winner was Le Gruyère AOP surchoix from Switzerland .
