7, peel the remaining purple potato, add a little sugar, and press it into a paste. Take an appropriate amount and roll it into a ball for later use.
8, the dough volume is significantly expanded and it will be ready.
9, place it on a silicone pad and press to exhaust.
10, evenly divided.
11, fold each piece of dough from the outside to the inside and organize it into a round blank.
12, cover with plastic wrap and relax for ten minutes.
13, press each piece of dough, roll it into a small round cake, put it in purple potato filling, and let it close.
14. After all, put it in the steamer, cover it with a lid, and wake it up until the volume is significantly expanded.
15, steam on high heat for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another three minutes.
