Moutai Prince Wine is a sauce-flavored series of wine products launched by Kweichow Moutai Liquor Co., Ltd. . It fully adheres to the traditional sauce-flavored process of brewing with high-quality glutinous sorghum, wheat and water as raw materials, and uses the traditional Daqu sauce-flavored liquor to carefully brew, store and blend it without adding any aroma or aroma substances. tasting notes
Moutai Prince Wine, commonly known as Puwang, in October 1998, after Moutai Group merged with Xijiu , it was filled and produced with Xijiu wine, and was officially launched in 1999. Puwang has an authentic soy sauce aroma. I personally think Puwang's overall sauce aroma is slightly lighter, and it smells fresh, comfortable and has a sense of ostentatiousness. The entrance is pure and sweet. The front part of the entrance is slightly thick, slightly thin at the middle and back, not full enough. The end part is clean and the aftertaste is sweet and long. The taste is as good as many other prince wines, and it is better than many sauce-flavored wines in Maotai Town.
