Picture 2 is a wine priced at 20 to 30 yuan, with a variety of strong aromas, soybean aroma, rice aroma... In this price range, there is no value for money, and the wine has obvious defects. Either the wine is thin and has no aroma, or it has a lot of impurities and smells like plastic, leather, mud...
Picture 3 is a wine that costs about fifty yuan. In this price range, there are more premium wines, wine body defects are relatively small, and cost-effective wines are beginning to appear. But on the basis of obvious advantages, there are often obvious disadvantages.
For example, Huanggaifen has absolutely no problem with its purity, but its aroma comes and goes, and its length and thickness are insufficient. Green Xifeng, the purity is good, the height is good, but the length and thickness are insufficient. Beidacang and Xiangquan are good in height and thickness, but not so good in purity.
These wines can be said to be cost-effective ration wines, suitable for self-drinking at home.

Baijiu has sour, sweet, bitter, spicy, salty, and various aromas. Only when all flavors are coordinated can it be called mellow, which these wines cannot achieve.
Picture 6 shows the wines in their early 100s. The quality of the wines has obviously improved, the purity is no problem, the length and thickness are also very good, and they are obviously a level higher than those in the 40s and 50s.

I don’t drink much of these wines at home, but I drink a lot outside. But I can’t just pick up the wine bottles and go home after drinking them, so I don’t have many bottles.

At this price point, the rich sauce fragrance, which was originally insufficient in purity, has become more pure, and the fragrance, which was not enough in length and thickness, has become longer and thicker. That is, the major liquors, on the basis of continuing their own characteristics and advantages, have made up for their own shortcomings. The wine body has become better and the shortcomings are no longer obvious.
But the only disadvantage is that it is expensive! Therefore, these wines are generally used in business occasions, and those who use these as ration wine are those who are not short of money! I have also drank it in business settings, but I can only buy the small wine version to try at home.
summary: There are cost-effective ration wines in the 40s and 50s price range, such as Huang Gaifen Green Xifeng. If conditions permit, it would be better for Bai Fen and Dong Jiu, who are in their early 100s, to hide their wine secretly and make rations. Of course, wine worth around 200 yuan is better. It is suitable for gatherings and events. Just buy it according to local customs. Most of the wines worth more than 300 yuan are bought not for self-drinking, so the brand is more important than the quality of the wine! The brand is big, so you don’t need to tell a story. You can tell the level of today’s game just by looking at it. Of course, for a wine at this price, there is no problem with the quality of the wine.
