How to measure alcohol content:

Equipment: alcohol meter, thermometer, measuring cylinder

1. Pour the white wine into the measuring cylinder, and pour the part of the white wine to be measured into the measuring cylinder. Do not overfill it.

2. Put the alcohol meter into the measuring cylinder vertically, put the thermometer and the alcohol meter into the measuring cylinder and do not stick to the wall of the cylinder. When the measured alcohol level is unknown, you should first select an alcohol meter with a high range to measure, if the alcohol meter readings all float For liquid level, use a low-range alcohol meter to measure.

3. Read the measured alcohol value, wait a moment, and look straight to see the temperature and alcohol level.

4. Calculate the correct alcohol content according to alcohol content and alcohol content conversion.

Alcohol is directly related to temperature. The observed alcoholicity is high when the temperature is high, and the observed alcoholicity is low when the temperature is low. The alcohol degree usually refers to the degree of wine when the temperature of the wine is 20 degrees Celsius. This temperature is the standard, and other temperatures are converted according to the following formula.

Precautions for

measurement

1. Clean the alcohol meter, thermometer and measuring cylinder before use,So as not to affect the reading;

2. Stir the white wine thoroughly before measuring, and float the alcohol meter gently in the wine after the frothing disappears. When the alcohol meter floats in the upper and lower three divisions of the detection point, there is a meniscus. Read on the surface again, otherwise the reading is not accurate;
