External traces are the most intuitive way to judge the personality characteristics and values of the other party. External traces are usually divided into: dress, behavior and expression.
1. Dressing
Dressing is a reflection of a person’s aesthetics and personality, and behind it is the embodiment of a person’s values. The formation of everyone's aesthetics is affected by the external world to a certain extent. When anyone dresses up, he or she has a potential target in mind.
By discovering the distinctive features of clothing, the characteristics of the character can be inferred.
2. Behavior
Behavior reflects a person’s characteristics and habits. Generally speaking, human behavior is divided into: animal instinct, habitual actions and deliberate actions. Among these three types of behavior, the most significant reference among behaviors is habitual actions, because habits are formed by a person through repeated weak stimulation.
Habitual actions are divided into common behaviors and comfort behaviors. Distinctive common behaviors reflect something about a person, while comforting behaviors are a response to discomfort.
Intentional actions are often confusing. The way to judge whether they are intentional actions is to attract the other person's attention through conversation and other methods when the other person is acting. If the other party's actions remain the same, it is a habitual action, otherwise it is a deliberate action.
3. Expression
Expression is the external characteristics a person shows when speaking, such as accent, volume, wording, etc. These inadvertently reveal a person's experience and habits.
Conclusion
1. External traces are easier to observe;
2. External traces include clothing, behavior and expression;
3. The core of observing external traces is to capture what is unique.
