Precautions for pregnant women and children due to the COVID-19 epidemic
1. Home
(I) Open windows 2-3 times a day for ventilation, each time 20-30 minutes; when there are people quarantined at home, their room should be closed and the windows should be opened separately for ventilation.
(II) Develop good living habits, maintain adequate sleep, stay up late less, drink more warm boiled water, and pay attention to washing hands or hand hygiene when going out, touching your mouth and nose, cleaning up garbage, collecting express delivery, etc.
(III) Preventive disinfection when necessary at home. Bathroom equipment should be cleaned and disinfected regularly, and the toilet should be covered before flushing.
2. Going out
(I) Wear a mask when going out or in public places. The cumulative wearing time for each mask shall not exceed 8 hours.
(II) Do not go out unless necessary. It is best to travel in a private car when you really need to go out. Do not take public transportation. You can wear latex gloves if necessary.
(III) When you come out and throw away the mask, spray alcohol on the items, mobile phones, keys and other surfaces you bring back to disinfect, take off the coat and put it in the window for ventilation, and wash your hands with flowing water.
(IV) Try not to participate in dinner parties, gatherings and other activities, and maintain a safe distance; do not contact "dangerous" people, and avoid contact with people with fever and cough.
3. Treatment
(I) Pregnant and child aged 0-6, especially pregnancy risk assessment "five-color management" is orange, red and purple, and pregnant women and high-risk newborns at 37 weeks or above should report to the community in a timely manner so that they can obtain medical services in a timely manner.
(II) When visiting the doctor, you need to check the nucleic acid test results within 48 hours. If the result is negative, you can go directly to the general outpatient clinic. If the result is positive, you can go to the special area for treatment in the Yang area. If you have symptoms such as fever and cough, you can go to the (clinic) for treatment in the fever clinic. Infants and young children under 3 years old can be exempted from inspection and only nucleic acid checks for accompanying patients.
(III) Wear an N95 mask when visiting the hospital; you can make an appointment for diagnosis and treatment to reduce the time spent in the hospital. If you really need to wait, try to stay in a place where the air is circulating and reduce the time spent indoors.
(IV) Avoid in close contact with people during the medical treatment, avoid touching objects with your hands, and pay special attention to avoid rubbing your eyes, touching your nose, and touching your eyes with your hands; wash your hands immediately after you get home and keep your hands hygiene.
