In order to continue to provide group psychological counseling for drug rehabilitation personnel, cultivate a positive and healthy mentality of drug rehabilitation personnel, and enhance unity, communication, organization and collaboration capabilities. Recently, the Guizhou Qiandong Mandatory Isolation and Drug Rehabilitation Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Qiandong Institute") organized some drug rehabilitation personnel to carry out group psychological counseling with the theme of "Stand Up Together".
Drug rehabilitation personnel are divided into two teams to compete. Each participating team selects their respective captains and is responsible for coordinating and organizing the members of this group to complete the competition. During the event, consultants encouraged drug rehabilitation personnel to actively participate in the game, so that drug rehabilitation personnel dare to show themselves in front of the collective, enhance their self-confidence, and enhance their team cohesion and sense of honor.

After the game ended, the participating team members summarized and shared, and found out the shortcomings of each team member.
By carrying out group games, the abstinence relationship and atmosphere of drug rehabilitation have been consolidated and improved, and the communication and coordination abilities between drug rehabilitation have been strengthened. In future work, the Provincial Guidong Institute will continue to carry out group psychological counseling seriously, start from innovative game projects, organize and carry out group counseling activities with diverse forms and rich content, and further improve the enthusiasm and mental health level of drug rehabilitation personnel.
