Note: This article undertakes "improving the degree of preparation and waiting for the sudden outbreak of wisdom." This article proposes the fourth possible factors that affect the burst of wisdom: degree of preparation; analyzes two types of "ruptures of wisdom" based on the degree of preparation.
号:
We have mentioned four possible factors that affect the outbreak of wisdom: mentality, concentration, "non-conscious" stress, and degree of readiness. I believe some friends have noticed that Xiaoyao has been using the word "maybe" . At least it shows that the above four types of factors are not sufficient conditions for achieving a wisdom explosion.
Why? If we think a little, we will understand that any form of wisdom explosion is inseparable from the movement of brain thinking , and the movement of brain thinking will inevitably be linked to the ever-changing environment. Not to mention the scientific community has not clearly explained the brain's thinking patterns so far. Even if this problem is really effectively solved one day in the future, changes in the environment are inevitable. Where does the absolute deterministic result come from?
So, no matter how much we hope to burst out wisdom to solve various problems, we should not expect to find a certain, universal and universal method that can achieve the explosion of wisdom. Understanding “possible” is a process of bursting wisdom and a manifestation of improving the level of wisdom.
Xiaoyao believes that: In essence, the burst of wisdom in the self-cultivation of elites should be the result of brain thinking effective and reasonable movement in the process of adapting to environmental changes. It can also be understood in this way that one of the important reasons why wisdom cannot be erupted is that the person involved consciously or unconsciously suppresses the effect of the "mind" used to analyze the problem, and thus inhibits the effective and reasonable movement of his own brain thinking.
. Thoughts caused by a survey
Xiaoyao once conducted a survey for students for two consecutive years. There is only one question surveyed: Apart from the knowledge of this major, do you have any other knowledge you are interested in? The investigation is unnamed. The original intention of doing this survey is just to understand students' hobbies or needs for knowledge outside of professional courses. To be honest, if the investigation gains are judged according to the original intention, the investigation itself is not very valuable. However, the similarity reflected in the survey results of for two consecutive years is very valuable . There are three types of answers to
. About 60% of students' answers are none, none or simply blank; about 30% of students have specific answers, but the answers are not the question. For example, I hope I can have more case analysis in class, I hope the words on the blackboard will be bigger, I hope to introduce more professional reference books, etc. The remaining 10% of students' answers meet the requirements of the question. The ratio of
for two years is very similar. Why did such a result occur? Xiaoyao has thought about it seriously.
1. It is undeniable that nearly 60% of students' answers are also an answer.
Xiaoyao once simply believed that the students under investigation did not have specific ideas, and he also regretted that their students were subject to cramming teaching in a large proportion. However, the similar results of the second year caused Xiaoyao to question. After all, the results of the two years were so similar to the golden section .618. If the respondent is changed to an employee of a certain company, the question is to have other jobs you are interested in besides your current job? Will there be about 60% of the responses in the post-secret survey results be none, none or blank? (Xiaoyao believes that the ratio will not be very different. Interested friends can try it.)
Xiaoyao believes that these 60% of people can be roughly divided into two categories. The first type is people who really have no other ideas. Since they are unnamed, why should they think more? Just answer honestly. The second category has certain ideas, but considering that it is a teacher's investigation of students (or leaders' employees), although it is not a secret name, it is better to say less. As for the proportion of these two types of people, we can draw conclusions from this question alone, which is by no means a manifestation of "maintaining things first", and other investigations are still needed.
2. How to understand that about 30% of the answers are right and wrong?
First of all, since there is a specific answer, it should be the result of thinking.
Secondly, after thinking about it, answering questions that are not answered. Often, either you don’t see the problem clearly or you have a set problem in your heart. The former is often affected by the latter. (Imagine: When we complain about our children being careless, is it really just careless?)
In addition, since it is an unnamed investigation, you will naturally write whatever you want.
As for why about 30% of people will have this result, Xiaoyao is not clear about it. However, there is one thing that can be shared with you. In subsequent proportion-related thinking and analysis, Xiaoyao found that 1/3 of the ratio is often discovered and used.
is like this, and it is not only willing to think, but also , but may think in combination with specific things and "mainly on things". (Tip: Is it a "thing-oriented" thinking? Or another "second decision" based on "my existing experience, likes and dislikes, and cleverness", and needs to continue to investigate and think and analyze.)
In short, whether it is choosing not to think or choosing "thing-oriented" "second decision" to analyze problems, the role of the mind used to analyze problems has been suppressed, and the brain's thinking movement is naturally suppressed intentionally or unintentionally. Once the above process is repeated many times and you gradually develop a habit, how easy is it to burst out wisdom?
There are many smart people in the world, but there are also many smart people who do stupid things. Xiaoyao believes that there are often two main reasons: does not think about or although he thinks about "second decision" that is only "me-oriented" . Let me share with you.
2. Asking new questions
So, if the brain's thinking movement is very active, will it be easy to burst out wisdom?
In any organization, we can find people who are willing to take and unwilling to take. From Xiaoyao's understanding, the ratio of the two is about 1:2. That is, about 1/3 of people are willing to think. Among these 1/3, about 2/3 will inevitably experience "short decision-making".
Although the conclusion of "decision-instance" may also be correct for a specific matter, "decision-instance" will inevitably lead to ignoring changes, ignoring the role of the mind, inhibiting the brain's thinking movement, and thus inhibiting the improvement of wisdom level and our self-improvement.
The last thing left is 1/3 of 1/3, that is, 1/9. Although 1/9 is already a small proportion, the remaining 1/9 that you are willing to consider can still be further divided. Of these, about 2/3 of them will have the following or similar feelings.
For example, the thoughts will be like clouds in the sky, at this time, it is like a galloping horse, and at that time it is like a hunting dog, but after a while, I don’t know what it looks like - Thinking without success .
Another example is that the thoughts were originally like several clearly visible threads in the colored thread box, but after being stirred by a few casually by fingers, some of the threads were tangled together, making it difficult to sort out. At this time, your thoughts may simply let your fingers stir up a few more times. I wonder if the surprise you were originally looking forward to will become a ball of color yarn that is difficult to separate? —— Thinking and confusing .
Confucius said: Too much is worse than too much. That is, there is no big difference between exceeding and not arriving.
Xiaoyao believes that there is no big difference in , whether it is not thinking, or the seemingly thought-out "second decision", or the seemingly fruitless or confusing "true thinking", it is essentially not very different. is just a different manifestation of inhibiting the mind from playing a reasonable role, and thus inhibiting the brain's thinking and exercise effectively and rationally!
Summary:
I hope all friends can understand: the "law wisdom" used to solve problems is just a small part of the result of "explosion wisdom".Using the mind and comprehensive and systematic analysis of problems is the indispensable and insurmountable key process in bursting wisdom! To put it seriously, without the effective role of "mind", the so-called mentality, concentration, "non-conscious" pressure and degree of preparation are probably just clouds in the sky!
Xiaoyao believes that all smart friends have guessed it. The remaining 1/9 people are often those who can consciously use their minds to discover changes, analyze and solve problems in a comprehensive and systematic manner. After continuous self-cultivation and continuous improvement of wisdom and personality qualities, these 1/27 talents have the opportunity to truly become elites.
Thinking:
Don’t consider the size of the ratio first. Elites must be the minority, but whether they can become minority depends on ourselves. Let us focus on the real key questions: Since the key process of bursting wisdom is the key process of bursting wisdom, how should we effectively play the role of the mind and then promote the bursting of wisdom when facing difficulties? Let's listen to the next breakdown.
