On the evening of October 30, the Danjiangkou Science and Technology Association and the Municipal Psychological Society held a series of civilized creation - a psychological science popularization workshop. Psychological Science Popularization Volunteer, National Second-level Psychological Counselor , and Mr. Zhu Huiming, Secretary-General of Danjiangkou Psychological Society, led the study. The theme of this event is " Positive Psychology ", and the participants exchanged and shared their understanding and experience of "positive psychology".

Teacher Zhu told everyone that "positive psychology" is a psychological trend that studies positive aspects such as human strength and virtue. Its research content mainly includes three levels: positive emotions and experiences, positive personality traits and positive social organization system. At the same time, positive psychology proposes three major mental health concepts: positive view, happiness view and prevention view.

Teacher Zhu advocates everyone to combine the study of "positive psychology" with the inheritance of China's excellent traditional culture. Chinese traditional culture believes that "people are born good in nature", advocates "benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom and trustworthiness", attaches importance to "cultivating oneself" and "loving others", takes diligence as the way to continuously improve oneself, and actively fulfills social responsibilities and missions. The "Positive Psychology Knowledge Manual" was also distributed at the event for free, produced by the Municipal Science and Technology Association and compiled by the Municipal Psychological Society and organized by the Municipal Psychological Society.
