When you have a little problem at work or have a distracted mind, you think "I have lost the ability to do a good job", as if your ability has gone away forever. Looking back, your memory is filled with a series of failures, pains and losses, and the things you once thought were accomplished or successful, as well as your love and friendship, now seem worthless. Your memories have been stained with depression. Once you wear this black filter, you can no longer observe anything in other light. Negative thoughts are accompanied by depression, and depression leads to negative thoughts and memories. Conversely, negative thoughts and memories lead to depression. If this continues repeatedly, a vicious cycle of depression that is moving towards the peak of vitality is formed.
