In the morning, I talked to several students about the psychological construction in the school. When talking about the recent students I have encountered various problems in school, how teachers intervene in the behavior, it sounds very heartbroken. The local mental health system is better, and the public welfare psychological counseling in the education system is also very popular, but the psychological intervention for teachers themselves is lacking.
We can understand that teachers need to face dozens of students, which is a cumbersome and exhausting profession. However, if teachers themselves lack personal cultivation, lack ideological dimensions, have paranoid personality, and are prone to emotionality, then these classes may become the hardest hit areas of psychological problems, especially when adolescents encounter confusion in growth and the pressure on learning cannot be resolved, in the eyes of teachers, they may see that this child is not good, and how to punish and scold him to control him, but it is counterproductive. Under the punishment, the child becomes more and more rebellious, resistant, anxious and angry, and emotional problems become more and more prominent.
I met an adult visitor who was still worried about learning and school resistance because of a misunderstanding from the teacher in elementary school. Perhaps some of the teachers' behaviors are just the fuse, and the problems are caused by various factors, but if each teacher has a little more understanding and respect, the children may feel the little hope in the world.
