The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to "strengthen the construction of social psychological service system and cultivate a social mentality of self-esteem, self-confidence, rationality, peace, and positiveness." On the occasion of the 20th National Congress, in order to further expand the construction of the psychological service talent pool, cultivate more social psychological professionals with psychological theoretical foundation and certain practical experience, and better provide social psychological services to the entire district, the "Jingxin" in Action-Social Psychological Service Talent Training Class was launched on October 14, 2022.
14 On the morning of 14, Hou Shuo, a lecturer at Beijing Shayou Technology Center, social psychology instructor, and senior mental health counselor, first explained "Technology of Relationship Establishment" to everyone with the entry point of "knowledge, emotion, and behavior". He used the "immersive" teaching model and practiced in groups according to the themes of "active attention-expression, empathy, -decoration, body", so that everyone can practice in learning and learn in practice. Later, in the "Psychological Screening Technology" course, Teacher Hou developed several aspects of abnormal behavior screening, stress face and the quality of assessment tools, and explained in combination with actual cases how to prevent and intervene in different degrees of psychological problems, coping strategies for common psychological problems, etc. Through projection experiments and SAS, we helped everyone understand psychological measurement tools more specifically and refinely. Afterwards, the students carried out practical training by using screening tools and actively communicated with the teacher about the problems that arise during the practical process.
14 On the afternoon of 14, Teacher Hou continued to bring two courses to the students: "Listening and Feedback Technology" and "Painting Experience Activities". In the course of "Listening and Feedback Technology", Teacher Hou focused on analyzing "listening is more important than speaking", listening to examples and demonstrations, so that everyone can understand why they should listen, the attitude they should have when listening, what they should hear when listening, and what they should pay attention to when listening, etc., and combined with his many years of psychological counseling cases, they created different drill scenarios to lead everyone to consolidate and improve. In the final "Painting Experience Activity" course, Teacher Hou explained the application field of painting analysis, the origin and development of painting analysis and treatment. Later, using "painting" as a medium, reading the mind with "painting". By explaining the projection relationship between "things" and "me", he practiced with the students in practice, and explored "self-awareness" and "self-evaluation" through paintings one by one.
