Just soak them in clean water and you can have a lot of them. And it has a stronger fragrance than fresh ones. It is usually very good for making soup and stir-frying, and it has high nutritional value.

Although it is resistant to storage, the frozen meat still tastes less fresh.

3. While pickling beef, let’s cut some ingredients, cut the garlic into garlic slices, slice the ginger, and cut the green onion into small pieces.

8. Then add chicken essence, light soy sauce, coriander, stir-fry over high heat and then let it go out of the pot.
4. Seasonal vegetables
In the past, when we stocked up grain, we would choose some root vegetables, such as carrots, potatoes, radish , etc. These vegetables are indeed resistant to storage compared to green leafy vegetables. However, in this season, the weather has gradually become colder. Even fresh vegetables can be stored for a few more days, so when stocking up vegetables, you can also buy some seasonal ones appropriately.

Main ingredients: cabbage, pork, vermicelli, tofu
1. We cut cabbage horizontally from the middle. Today, we only need cabbage leaves. Do not cut cabbage with a knife, and tear it with your hands. The cabbage made in this way is delicious. When choosing cabbage, you should choose one with small roots, firm and clean. This cabbage is fresh and has a sweet taste.
2, cut the vermicelli shorter in advance, then soak it in clean water, prepare a piece of tofu, and we cut it into thin slices about 1 cm.
3, add more oil in the pot. After the oil is heated, fry the tofu. This will not be easy to rot when stewing. Shake the pot to heat the tofu evenly and slightly golden. Don’t fry it too hard. After frying, put it on the plate and set aside. Cut a small piece of slightly fat pork belly into thin slices. You can freeze the pork belly in advance, so that it is easier to cut.
4, leave some oil in the pot, let’s stir-fry the cabbage first, because the cabbage has a lot of moisture, stir-fry the water, and the stewed cabbage will not taste soft. After stir-frying, serve it and set aside.
5, add pork belly to the hot pan, so that it will not stick to the pan. First stir-fry the meat until it turns white, then add 2 broken star anise. The fried meat is very fragrant, stir-fry the aroma of star anise, then add cooking wine, green onion, ginger slices and dried red peppers, continue stir-frying, and stir-fry the fatty oil completely, so that you won’t get tired of eating.
6, stir-fry the meat slices until slightly browned, then add the cabbage, then stir-fry it evenly, then add the vermicelli, stir-fry the vermicelli to a little softer, then add an appropriate amount of boiling water, then add tofu, add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of dark soy sauce, a little thirteen spices, then stir the seasonings completely evenly, cover the pot and simmer over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
7, add appropriate amount of salt when the time is up, stir a little chicken essence, and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
