Even worse, they miss the time to get on the train because of smoking. Sometimes, some comrades are hiding in public places. Hidden in the corner, hurriedly threw away the cigarette butts after smoking, it feels uncivilized. For drinking, wine is a kind of culture. Drinking less is good for your body, and drinking more hurts your body. But in reality, many people are not tasting, they seem to be drinking, comparing the amount of alcohol, unconscious after drinking, going crazy after drinking, drinking to the hospital and so on. Some people may also say that because of work needs or social entertainment, they have to smoke or not, so do you not smoke or drink when you have nothing to do? At the beginning of 2020, I suddenly discovered that I involved both alcohol and tobacco, and sometimes did not exercise during exercise, feeling harmful and unprofitable, so I reflected on it in depth. In the dead of night, I first brainwashed myself, took out a pen and notebook, and carefully and specifically listed four questions to ask myself: Why do you smoke and drink? What problem does smoking and drinking solve? What are the harms of smoking and drinking? What are the benefits of quitting smoking and drinking? The causes of the four problems were recorded separately. Why smoke and drink: 1. Because of heavy addiction, smoke if you want to smoke for no reason; 2. Involuntarily want to smoke when work and life pressure or annoyance comes; 3. Get together with friends to share the old scores and feel embarrassed to refuse; 4. When thinking I want to smoke; 5. I don’t feel boring if I don’t drink at a dinner party. 6. You need to drink occasionally when you enter entertainment venues. 7. Drink alcohol when you are socializing at work or drag people to work. 8. Relax and want to drink when you are tired.What problems did smoking and drinking solve: 1. It solved the addiction in the mind after smoking and drinking; 2. Drinking to be courageous; 3. Thinking that smoking and drinking can relieve stress at the time; what is the harm of smoking and drinking: 1. Smoking and drinking more hurts the body; 2. Drink too much and make mistakes; 3. The most important thing is how to solve the addiction to tobacco and alcohol. So I thought of exercise, and started working out at the same time on the day of quitting smoking and drinking. The venue is set at home to facilitate clocking in. I bought a pair of barbells and a set of wooden pegs to put on the balcony. Do supine ups, push-ups, barbells, and eight movements (4 movements in total) 200 times a day, totaling 1,400 times; watch the video self-study Wing Chun 20 minutes. Calculate it takes a total of 1 and a half to 2 hours. No time to practice in the evening at noon, no time to practice in the middle of the night at night. Persevere through rain or shine. Another family member was hospitalized after being ill. While taking care of him in the hospital, he used the interval to exercise lying-ups, push-ups, and eight-segment shots. The hospital didn’t have a barbell owed 200 strokes,So I did 200 supplements in other projects, and my family was in a great mood when they saw it, and the illness recovered quickly, saying that they should also exercise slowly after being discharged from the hospital. Sometimes, in order to save time, regardless of the eyes of others, in the process of doing things, such as waiting for someone or waiting for a car, I will practice eight-stage and push-ups first. In this way, the number of items for practice on the day was reduced. Sometimes it is impossible to practice in emergencies, but on the second or third day or doubled, one time can not be less. One day, one week, one month and one year... As time goes by, through daily exercise and pre-consideration, I don’t think about addiction to cigarettes and alcohol at all, and I feel very good every day.

Now that the addiction to tobacco and alcohol is completely eliminated, the saved tobacco and alcohol money is used to continuously purchase health insurance for family, parents and children.
