On the morning of June 25, Baiquan Street in Dongxihu held the preliminary competition of the first Baiquan Traditional Food Competition.

This competition has four rounds in total, divided into fish, eel, shrimp, crab turtle, and poultry. 44 dishes prepared by residents of various communities, brigades, and jurisdictions participated in the competition. The food judges will give scores based on the color, aroma, taste, shape and name of the dishes. Each item will be scored with 2 points, with a total score of 10 points.
