In 2003, the 17-year-old Zheng Shijun left his hometown of Jiangshan to learn culinary skills. Under the leadership of his master, he studied Ningbo cuisine. Three years ago, he chose to come to Kaihua to start a new career as a chef. Zheng Shijun told reporters that because of the good water in Kaihua, coupled with his good at seafood cooking, the characteristic green clams, clear water fish , etc. can be more delicious in his own hands.
