It doesn’t have to worry about traffic congestion, rising oil prices, plummeting stock markets, or financial crises. It doesn’t have to deal with complex personnel relationships, it doesn’t have to worry about whether to stay or leave, and it doesn’t have to worry about promotions or promotions.
