On the afternoon of September 28, Dongguan Ethnic Primary School in Dongchangfu District held a tea party for retired teachers in the library. The event was chaired by trade union chairman Xiao Boqiang. The school leaders, 7 retired teachers and 4 young teacher representatives gathered together to talk about the situation in Dongguan.
Liu Guowen, secretary of the Party Branch and principal of the school, welcomed the arrival of the old teachers on behalf of all teachers and students. Principal Liu said excitedly: "We are all gathering together to recall yesterday's hard work and imagine tomorrow's beautiful journey. You are our predecessors, keeping up with the pace of educational development, and decades have been working hard and willing to contribute, which has deeply influenced our young teachers.
