In order to promote the high-quality development of biology disciplines and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of biology teaching, on October 28, Zibo No. 6 Middle School held a seminar on high-quality development of biology disciplines. All teachers from the biology teaching and research group participated.

Before the meeting, Teacher Wang Dehong presented the demonstration class "Body Moisture Adjustment". Based on the familiar life situations of students, Teacher Wang guides students to understand the source and whereabouts of blood sugar based on their own life experience. Students have enthusiastic group discussions and are enthusiastic and proactive in class participation. After the discussion, the students came up with a conceptual diagram of hierarchical adjustment and feedback adjustment. Teacher Wang’s courseware is beautifully designed and focuses on the application of a variety of technical means, providing solid guarantees for the smooth realization of teaching goals and cultivating students’ core literacy. Afterwards, the teachers conducted class evaluation and discussion. At the meeting, Sun Zhihua, the head of the biology teaching and research group, summarized the main work of the teaching and research group since the start of the school year and put forward suggestions and requirements for the next step of work. He hoped that all the teachers in the teaching and research group would continue to work hard, study classroom teaching seriously, use innovation to seek breakthroughs, and seek development through practical work. Mr. Han Ning, the leader of the preparation group for the senior high school biology group, proposed the review class model of "introduction-synthetic-collection-leading college entrance examination questions-variant training-summary". All the participating teachers unanimously agreed that it is very suitable for the review of the senior high school stage. Teacher Sun Mingwei, the leader of the biology group preparation group in the first year of high school, proposed a solution to the shorter time this semester from the perspective of content integration, and analyzed and explained it in combination with the specific content.
