2023 National Unified Examination for Admissions of General Colleges and Universities (hereinafter referred to as the College Entrance Examination) Yunnan Province registration work in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the "Yunnan Province 2023 General College Enrollment Registration Work Regulations" (Appendix 1). The registration work for the 2023 Yunnan Provincial Normal Colleges and Universities Admission of Graduates of Ordinary Technical Colleges and Universities, Vocational High School , and Technical School (hereinafter referred to as the Three School Students Examination) shall be implemented in accordance with the "Yunnan Province 2023 Higher Vocational Education Graduates of Ordinary Technical Colleges and Universities Admission of Graduates of Ordinary Technical Colleges and Universities Admission of Graduates of Ordinary Technical Colleges and Universities in Vocational High Schools and Technical Schools" (Appendix 2).

Registration time, location and method
(I) Registration and confirmation time
Online registration time: November 5th to 15th, 2022, centralized registration procedures will no longer be processed after the deadline.

Candidates can read the announcement of the confirmation point when registering or consult the registration confirmation point (see Attachment 3 for consultation contact information of enrollment examination institutions at all levels during the registration period).
(II) Registration confirmation point
1. Regular high schools, general secondary schools, vocational high schools, technical schools, and fresh graduates organizes registration and confirmation procedures at the school where their academic records are located or the registration confirmation points designated by the county, city, and district enrollment examination institutions. Past students and candidates with the same academic qualifications as , etc., will complete the registration and confirmation procedures at the registration confirmation points designated by the enrollment examination institutions in the county, city and district where their household registration is located.
2. Foreign expatriates who settle in China and meet the registration requirements will be reviewed by the prefecture and municipal admissions examination institutions. Candidates shall carry out the registration and confirmation procedures at the registration confirmation point designated by the prefecture and municipal admissions examination institutions with the " Permanent Residence ID Card for Foreigners of the People's Republic of China" issued by the public security organs.
3. According to relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and Yunnan Province, candidates who apply for national special projects, local special projects, and university special projects must ensure that their household registration, academic record, registration, and actual place of study are in the same county (city, district) in the implementation area.
(III) Registration method
Candidates must log in to the "Yunnan Province General Higher Education Enrollment Candidate Service Platform" (hereinafter referred to as the registration system) within the specified time, carefully read the candidate's online registration instructions and confirmation point announcements, understand the relevant policies and regulations, conduct online registration and online payment, and bring their second-generation ID card original, household registration book, graduation certificate or academic certificate to the registration confirmation point for qualification review, take photos on site, and confirm registration information.
Main operation process
(I)Login registration system
candidates who have participated in the first English subject listening test and oral test registration in Yunnan Province in September 2022, log in to the registration system using the ID number and password used to register for the registration system. Other candidates register as required by candidate users and log in to the registration system using the ID number and password filled in when registering.
If the password is accidentally forgotten, candidates can retrieve it through the registration system, or they can bring valid documents to the registration confirmation point to reset their password. After the password is reset, they should log in to the registration system as soon as possible to modify their password.
(II) Candidate user registration
1. The candidate's ID number is bound to a mobile phone number for registration. A ID number and mobile phone number can only be registered once. When registering, enter information and set a password according to the prompt content, and use the mobile phone to receive the SMS verification code to register. The name and ID number filled in when registering must be consistent with the second generation ID card of the candidate.
candidate's ID number and password are the only credentials for candidates to log in to the registration system. The password is set by the candidate himself and kept properly. The password setting should not be too simple. It must include a combination of numbers and letters (or symbols). A pure numeric password cannot be set. Staff and teachers shall not stipulate a unified password. Candidates must keep their password in mind and are strictly prohibited from revealing it to others in order to prevent information from being tampered with. If the information is tampered with due to the leakage of the password by the candidate himself, the candidate himself shall be responsible for the consequences.
2. Business category: Candidates who participated in the 2023 national unified examination for admission to general higher education institutions in Yunnan Province, the business category is "General Higher Education", and candidates who participated in the 2023 Yunnan Province Higher Vocational Education undergraduate and junior college admission to general secondary technical secondary school, vocational high school, and technical school graduate examination, the business category is "three schools".

3. Confirmation point category: Confirmation point category is used to distinguish the nature of candidate registration confirmation points. 4. Select the registration confirmation point: fresh candidates, choose the registration confirmation point designated by the school of academic qualifications or the county, city or district enrollment examination institutions. Previous candidates with local household registration studying abroad will choose the direct affiliated points of the county, city and district enrollment examination institutions where their household registration are located as the registration confirmation points; previous candidates with local household registration will be responsible for the examination of candidate registration qualifications, and the selection of their registration confirmation points will be determined by each county, city and district.
(III) Enter the candidate information into

(IV) Application for care bonus

(VI) Information verification and online payment
All information is filled in and saved and entered the registration information summary page. Candidates must check the information again to ensure that the information filled in is true and valid. After confirming that it is correct, click "Submit and Next" to enter the online payment. Follow the registration website prompts to scan the QR code on the WeChat page on your mobile phone to pay online. Candidates who do not meet the online payment conditions can ask others to pay the fee.
1. When registering online, the examination fee shall be paid in accordance with the provisions of the "Yunnan Provincial Price Bureau and the Yunnan Provincial Department of Finance on Re-evaluating the College Entrance Examination Fee Charge Standards" (Yunnan Price Charge [2011] No. 85). The charging standards are as follows:
(1) The college entrance examination fee is 130 yuan per person;
(2) The college entrance examination English listening test fee is 30 yuan per person;
(3) The English speaking test (or professional exam to apply for foreign language majors) fee is 40 yuan per person.
2. Candidates who choose to take the listening test or oral test when registering will also pay the listening test or oral test fee when paying the fee. After the candidates pay the listening test fee or oral test fee, they cannot cancel the listening test or oral test application.
3. If candidates pay the college entrance examination fee, but fail to pay the listening test fee or oral test fee, and need to apply for the listening test or oral test, after modifying the registration information, the payment status will be changed to "partial payment". You must pay the listening test fee or oral test fee for additional payment before on-site confirmation can be conducted.
(VII) On-site confirmation
After the candidates complete the online payment of the fee in the registration system, they should go to the registration confirmation point to take photos and confirm them at the time specified in the registration confirmation point and go through the registration procedures. The confirmed information includes: "basic information of candidates", "personal resume information of candidates", "family member information of candidates", "photos of candidates", "extra points for taking care of candidates", "special qualification application status for candidates", etc.
1. Candidates must bring their second-generation ID card, submit the card to read and verify it during on-site confirmation, and check their identity information such as name, gender, ethnicity, household registration, date of birth. During the exam, you will take the exam with your "Admission Ticket" and your second-generation ID card.
2. When confirming, candidates must go to the registration confirmation point to collect photos in person. When collecting photos of candidates, the candidate's avatar should not be less than 2/3 of the image frame. The photos should be clear and can truthfully reflect the facial features of the candidates.
3. When confirming, candidates must carefully check the "Confirmation Form" and sign and confirm.
4. When confirming, candidates must also sign the "Commitment Letter for Integrity Examination for the Yunnan Provincial Ordinary College Entrance Examination" (the commitment letter is an attachment to the "Confirmation Form", and the candidate signs on the "Confirmation Form" as a signing letter of commitment). If the candidate violates the letter of commitment and commits violations of discipline, cheating, etc., it will be recorded in the electronic file as the candidate's integrity record.
5. After confirmation is completed, candidates should log in to the registration system again and carefully check their relevant registration information. If the information is found to be incorrect, you must report it to the registration confirmation point in time and apply for modification.
6. After the centralized registration is completed, the system will refund the unconfirmed candidates in batches according to the candidate registration time. All refunds for unconfirmed candidates will be processed before May 20, 2023.
Registration information modification
(I) Before confirmation: candidates can modify it themselves.
(II) After confirmation: The candidate cannot modify it by himself. The candidate himself will bring the valid certificate and relevant supporting documents to the registration confirmation point to apply for modification. After verification of the registration confirmation point, the information that the registration confirmation point has the authority to modify is modified. If it does not have the authority to modify, it will be submitted in writing to the superior enrollment examination institution for modification. If the candidate cannot come in person, he or she may entrust others to carry the application signed by the candidate and bring valid certificates and relevant supporting documents to handle the application.
Other matters

(III) After the candidates are confirmed to register and before they are admitted to the university, they must maintain the continuous consistency of their personal information. If the candidates change their name or ID number through the household registration department without authorization, resulting in the inability to register electronically, etc., the candidates themselves shall be responsible.
(IV) Candidates should actively pay attention to the relevant notices and announcements issued by the official website of Yunnan Provincial Admissions and Examinations Institute to avoid missing important information.
(Five) Candidate admission ticket number is generated after registration, with a total of 9 Arabic numerals, which are mainly used for candidates to fill in their applications, check scores and admission information; college entrance examination candidate number has a total of 14 Arabic numerals, and the naming method is "2353+ the code of the county and district where the candidate is located + the examination category code (the general college entrance examination category code is 1) + the last 5 digits of the admission ticket number", which is mainly used for special types of admissions inside and outside the province, art major school examinations, Hong Kong and Macao college admissions, and the air force and civil aviation recruitment of flight students. Please keep your admission ticket number and candidate number in mind. If there is any loss, you must go to the school or local admissions and examination institution to check in time.
(VI) Candidates must understand the epidemic prevention and control policies of the registration place in advance, take the initiative to take personal protection, comply with the epidemic prevention requirements of the registration place, and actively cooperate with epidemic prevention and control related work.
(7) If any fraud, forge documents, falsification of qualifications, fraudulent qualifications, care bonus points, special plan application qualifications, and relocation application qualifications, once verified, it will be dealt with seriously in accordance with the "Interim Measures for Handling Violations in Admissions of Ordinary Higher Education Institutions" (Ministry of Education Order No. 36).If you take the exam in an impersonation or have other suspected criminal circumstances, you will be transferred to judicial authorities for legal responsibility in strict accordance with the provisions of the " Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China ", " The Supreme People's Court , and the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Laws in Handling Criminal Cases such as Organizing Examination Cheating", etc.
