In June 2022, the child came to the interventional hemangioma clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of the Capital Pediatrics Institute. The child complained that the right thigh erythema was accompanied by multiple black protrusions. At first, the child had erythema from the time of birth. The parents thought it was simply a birthmark and did not pay special attention.

As the child grows up, the erythema also increases, but in the past two years, black protrusions continue to appear on the erythema, and bleeding to varying degrees after falling off. The bleeding symptoms have recurred in the past two days, and it is becoming increasingly difficult to stop the bleeding, which prompted parents to bring their children to the hospital for treatment. It was recommended to refer to the Vascular Illness Center of the Capital Pediatric Institute - Interventional Hemangioma Department for treatment. After detailed physical examination and consultation by the outpatient physician, it was found that the diagnosis was a relatively rare symptom of skin lymphatic vessel malformation. Lymphatic malformation itself is a complex and changeable vascular malformation disease. After invading different tissues and organs, different symptoms will appear. After the skin is invaded, symptoms such as unknown exudate, formation of black lymphatic follicles, local bleeding, and soft tissue thickening edema can often be seen. It is a chronic disease course. If there is no early intervention, it may be difficult to recover. Treatment process:

After properly arranging the bed and operation date, the child was admitted to the hospital after completing the pre-operative examination, and the interventional room was arranged for interventional treatment the next day.
