We all know that the heart is the "engine" of the human body.
The blood vessels that provide blood to the heart are surrounded by blood vessels on the top of the heart for nearly a week, like a crown, so they are called "coronary artery".
What we often call coronary heart disease (the abbreviation of coronary heart disease), is the most common heart disease, which refers to myocardial dysfunction and (or) organic lesions caused by coronary stenosis and insufficient blood supply, so it is also called ischemic cardiomyopathy .
Good eating habits are very important for preventing and treating coronary heart disease . 1 Drinking water
Drinking water daily is no less than 1200 ml (about 6 cups)

is in the second layer of the pyramid. It is required to eat the most, which should account for more than half of the total food. The specific quantity is 250-400 grams per day (i.e. half a pound to 8 taels). It is best to eat more coarse grains and low processing accuracy rice and noodles;
3 Fruit and vegetables
is in the third layer of the pyramid. It is required to eat more, the specific quantity is 300-500 grams of melons and vegetables (i.e. 6 taels to 1 jin) and 200-400 grams of fruits (i.e. 4 taels to 8 taels);
4 Meat, fish, shrimps, and eggs
is on the fourth level of the pyramid. It is required to eat in moderation, the specific quantity is: 50-75 grams of meat (i.e. 1 tael to 1 tael), 50-100 grams of fish and shrimp (i.e. 1 tael to 2 taels), 25-50 grams of eggs (i.e. 1 half to 1);
5 Milk, beans and nuts
is located on the fifth layer of the pyramid. Requires appropriate amounts to eat: 300 grams of milk products (i.e. 6 taels), 30 to 50 grams of soybeans and nuts (i.e. nearly 1 tael);
6 Oil and salts
is at the top of the pyramid. It is required to eat less, the specific amount is 25 to 30 grams of oil (about half a tael) and 6 grams of salt.
If you feel that the above principles are still quite a lot and difficult to master, you should at least remember the following key requirements for controlling coronary heart disease in your diet:
Add less salt when cooking. Eating less salt is very important for patients with coronary heart disease, especially those with high blood pressure. WHO recommends that no more than 5 grams of salt be consumed per day;
