Since 2019, he has had mental abnormalities and is nervous and afraid for no reason. He suspects that his classmates are targeting him and bullying him. After he gets home, he repeatedly opens the door to confirm that his classmates have not returned home with him. He repeatedly asks the same question "Whether parents want to divorce, whether there is any conflict with his classmates", and is unwilling to eat. After the diagnosis, the drug treatment improved slightly, but the irregular medication was taken like the younger brother, which led to the recurrence of the condition many times, which was hostile to the family, shouting and punching in the air, and walking around the home repeatedly. Sometimes he was excited, talked too much, was squandered, irritable, and sometimes he was withdrawn and lazy, and was locked in the room alone and refused to communicate with others. After the outpatient doctor diagnosed the patient, he judged that the patient had refractory bipolar disorder, and suggested that the two brothers undergo surgery together.
After 3 hours of minimally invasive surgery, the brothers' mental symptoms were basically controlled after the operation, especially the irritable and impulsive temper became gentle, the introverted and indifferent became polite and caring for others.
