Liu Cunxu said that in recent years, our district’s psychological assistance team has participated in many public emergencies of , and psychological assistance work has been highly praised. This training class invited well-known domestic experts to teach, and the team members participating in the "3.21" psychological assistance work will also share their work experience. We hope that the students who have learned what they have learned will contribute to improving the psychological crisis intervention work in our district, improving the psychological crisis intervention mechanism for emergencies, and building a social psychological service system.
training class focuses on three topics: "Organization and management of psychological crisis intervention team", "Psychological first aid technology", "Working regular meetings, team building and supervision". Peking University Sixth Hospital Professor Qian Ying, Shanghai Mental Health Center Professor Cheng Wenhong, Chongqing Mental Health Center Professor Yang Hui, Dalian Seventh People's Hospital Professor Xu Junting, and Guangxi Brain Hospital Professor Pan Runde gave academic reports on the topics respectively.




Subsequently, the teams involved in the psychological assistance work for major events conducted group reports. Share experience on the establishment of emergency work teams, entry technology, stabilization technology, sad counseling and other aspects.




Professor Ma Hong of the Sixth Hospital of Peking University supervised the team members. Professor Ma Hong's team pointed out that when a crisis occurs, the psychological assistance team should do the following:
form a team, make psychological assistance plans, and prepare relevant materials;
divides the labor in groups and cooperates with each other;
finds the right entry point, companionship is the most important task;
do daily meetings and summaries, and take good care of the physical and mental health of the team members.
In addition, unlike the previous situational drill mode, this training revolves around real aid cases, allowing students to gain a deeper understanding. It has a positive effect on improving the on-site intervention ability of psychological crisis intervention personnel.
